Yoga and fitness. How do I start without blowing money?

I'd like to start exercising and practicing yoga/meditation. I am very tight on money, so I am wondering if there are any websites or videos online that can get me started. I have been watching youtube videos, but would really like to get into this! I want a sexy body and to de-stress. This sounds perfect!

Yoga Zone Videos. You can get them cheap on Ebay and Amazon. I love them!

I meditate daily, as well as tai chi,  and it's free. That one is simple.

Go to your library. The library is a treasure trove of knowledge, just waiting to be absorbed.

Our local gently used child and maternity store has some really cheap. Try a place like that, yard sale season is coming up hit a few yard sales :)

I bought an app for my tablet and a 20 dollar yoga mat at walmart.

Instead of a mat I use a nice thicker beach towel. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats so I love that I can throw it in the washer. I am also lucky enough to find some programs I can dvr. I found a great guy in the spanish network. I don't know what he is saying but he goes slowly and is easy to follow despite the language barrier.
