No job and paying rent with food stamps...

So my DF's older sister may move in with us. She just got out of a relationship where her boyfriend paid for everything. She has been "looking" for a job(which I doubt because she sleeps until noon or later.) My DF wants to help her without supporting her:

She will buy food for the house with her food stamps.

She will look for work ACTIVELY 4-5 days a week.

She will NOT get any money from us for anything.

She will not have friends over.

She can only stay 6 months MAX.

I honestly don't want her here but she's thinking about moving across the country to live with some guy and his friends because he offered her a job. My DF is worried something bad would happen to her so I'll be okay with it.

Are our "rules" unreasonable?

You're more reasonable than me. My answer would very simply be "No."

She shouldn't be feeding your family with her food stamps.

Yeah but it won't work out. Been there done that with my sister. Go ahead and kick her out to save yourself the aggravation.

That isn't legal for her to feed all of you with her food  stamps.

I don't see how contributing to the house in SOME way is wrong. We have another roommate who eats the dinners I make with our food stamps. He buys coffee and creamer with his food stamps and everyone drinks that. So I don't see the issue.
