Why does every kid have something?

Is anyone's children normal anymore? Every post I open someone's kid has ADD,ODD,ASD,ADHD, POS(or whatever that is), OCD,PTSD(please tell me what trauma your 2year old went through that he is shell shocked) or some other type of "disorder". Are we really in an age where every kid has a title on them?

Normal is a setting on the dryer. Now, my children have none of those things. My youngest has a cold right now though.

This post is very rude and my kids don't have any disorders. It's ridiculous you would try to trivialize the special needs of some children. Be thankful your children are healthy.

POS means piece of shit............

So I'm not sure if you are making a flippant remark about something so serious.

But not every child has issues. It is just there is more awareness today.

My kids have a rare genetic condition. It is nothing that effects learning or behavior, but it does require meds. It's something I'd never heard of until mine were diagnosed as newborns.
