Why does dst affect people after Sunday?

Posted by Anonymous   + Show Post
On my fb feed there are several people complaining about the time change affecting them today, Monday. I guess I don't see why...?

When I was in school, it would take me a week sometimes to get used to a time change.

DST usually doesn't bother me, but I have been under the weather, and could really have used that extra hour of rest.

Only because it feels earlier than it actually is. Personally, my body goes through an adjustment for the first 2 weeks of DST, then I'm good.
