I googled that and saw more pictures, along with the tagline "Thanks for not aborting me."

Quoting Anonymous:

I think it is a little girl with Treacher Collins Syndrome.

One day this little baby will be an important person in society.! We don't know why or when but this baby will be something to be marveled! Horray for this mom who chose life. The baby maybe disfigured but outward beauty is not everything folks it just isn't.

Treacher Collins Syndrome doesn't always effect the mind. Some lead a normal life. They just look different.

 What kind of life?

Quoting ArisMom208:

I'm glad she didn't abort. The baby might not be cute, but she atleast has a life now.

I think, as awful as this sounds, that at first sight she would terrify me.

I hope to God I would get over it, and learn to love her... but I would be overcome with grief at how others who didn't understand would react, and how much that would hurt her... overall I don't think she or any others with that syndrome should just be considered a lost cause and aborted.
