I was just told that I waited too long to have a baby. I'm going to be the "old parent" at PTA and attending graduation with a walker. That it's "just so gross to wait that long!"
How old am I?
I'm 26!!! My DD is two months old, DH and I are financially stable, got our "youth" out of us, we're settled. I don't think I'm "too old" at all!
How old were you when you started your families?
Edit:
The girl who said this is not my friend, but a stranger I met in a mommy group lol.
Tell your friend she's a moron, as the average first-time parent age in the US is 27.
17 when I had DS. 26 When I had my second and the official Mom/Dad family started.
People are never happy woth the choices of others. I had my first at 18. Now I'm 36 & pregnant with #2.
