Posted by Anonymous   + Show Post

On Monday I will be going in and getting 10-12 stabs of botox in each armpit to treat excessive sweating.

I am nervous.

i know someone with the same issue you have, she uses a prescription lotion on her hands and armpits It was almost unreal to watch  her hold her hand up and see sweat drops dripping off her finger tips :(

hopefully its a quick and  less painful proccedure for you. I am postive itll be worth it when you see the results.

It itches the first day but nothing crazy. Make sure you shave right before because you might not want to when u get those itty bitty scabs. Totally worth it!!

How much does that cost? I should have that done all over my entire body.  I sweat a lot more than any woman ever should.  It's disgusting.

I just can't see being willing to have poison injected into my body like that. But to each their own. Dh has overactive sweat glands..but he would never do it either :/

Good luck and I hope it works for you

I need that done but it's expensive & insurance considers it "cosmetic".

My friend had her palms and feet done for the same reason. We are Canadian too, nice to not have to worry about $.
