You are wrong on all accounts.
Rape is not just penis in vagina penetration.
It doesn't matter how drunk someone is, if they aren't able to consent it's rape. A lack of no does not mean yes.
No one deserves to be raped, not even "whores". There's no such thing as 'asking for it' in relation to rape.
