Pizza left on the counter overnight. I have a friend. I was at her house the other day and they had a pizza box on their counter with pizza in it from the night before. Her husband came in and grabbed a piece and ate it. I was thinking "gross!" The next day I was at her house again and She gave a piece from the same box to her 4 year old and then said "there's one last piece do you want to share it with me?" I said "Don't you think it goes bad if you leave it out on the counter" She said "no we do it all the time" I said no thanks and she ate it. Am I crazy for thinking there is something wrong with that. It was pepperoni pizza... 2 days old on a counter.... what do you think?

No, I wouldn't eat it. I just went through my first bout of food poisoning a month ago (thank you Olive Garden) and I will never take chances with food again. Ughhhh.

Heck no. I will leave food out for hours before I put it away and I know that is bad, but I always make sure to re heat them really hot to kill bacteria.
