Nope.
We are unable to take care of anyone else if we don't take care of ourselves first.

No. If dh agrees to watch the kids so I can go so something by myself, I make sure I make time to spend with him and the kids. Dd and I have a girls day once a month. I do the same thing with ds- we have a mommy/son day once a month. Dh and I try to have a date night each month.

Yes even though I am up all night with the baby, work full time (pumping every two hrs) spending the two hrs I get with my kids doing dinner, dishes, laundry, homework and picking up and not being able to sit down until bedtime. I am still made to feel guilty if I even take a couple min to pee.

No I don't have babies anymore. I have independent kids and a wonderful husband. If I wanna leave for the day I do or if I want to go out at night. Even when they were babies I still felt like I deserved a break.
