So I dropped my son off at my moms and I totally forgot to leave a carseat yeah I don't know how I was that fucking stupid. She had to drop him off to DF.
She told me not to worry because she has my sister old carseat. I'm like okay. So she sent me this picture of them leaving (I'm at work so by the time I got the message they were already at the destination)

- one he's forward facing
-two its a booster not a car seat
-third just look at the straps.
I'm like having a mini panic attack and will be teacher her proper carseat safety *sigh* she buying a real carseat for him so hopefully ill never have to forget it again ugh. I would have picked him up if I had known she would have done that.

Well she said she had a carseat so in guess I kind of assumed it would be okay. I don't even think she knows that's a booster not a carseat

Whew! He's safe, that is all that matters. I have forgotten the carseat on a couple occasions. My poor MIL walked to Target once with DD in the stroller to buy a new one, then lugged it all the way back home!! What a trooper:)
