Saline Solution & Lip piercing? What can i clean it with?

I got my lip pierced today and when i got it pierced, i knew it would be infected. I'm allergic to the metal and so it just never heals up and constantly stays infected no matter how clean i kep it. (same with earrings and nose studs)

but i did it again anyways. (had it pierced prior to DD) 

however i use to use neosporin and i guess your not suppose to use that.

the piercer said to use saline solution...

but all i have is

"Saline Nasal Moisturizing Spray"

Its saline solution but is it the same or do i need just plain saline solution?

why can't i use neosporin?

Ointment doesn't let a puncture heal. You can make saline @ home with sea salt and warm water

H2ocean* spray is what I always use. It's a purified salt water spray, works great.

If you don't want to make it yourself. They sell a big bottle of saline in the pharmacy. It's in the medical aisle. Why don't you change it to a plastic one instead of medal?

If you are allergic to it then you should not have had it done lol - that would bug the shit out of me, my piercing not being able to heal.

however you can use sea salt and warm water - or some places even have "piercing" care products. If you look online you can get real gold and white gold "labret" studs. maybe look for the longest one they have? and buy a shorter one for when the swelling goes down.
