I think it's cute and funny...
to eat, no. to taste, why not? my boyfriend's son grimmaced, then went back for more. my own boys never asked, or accepted when I told them they wouldn't like it.
I let my son have a lick of one at 9 months. He kept reaching for it since his dad had it so his dad let him have a lick. I kinda giggled at the face he made but now that boy loves lemons lol
sounds like torture or just to laugh at the kid not pulling faces :/
sounds assholish to me
why is it a bad thing? My daughter LOVED lemons at that age. I had to limit them though because she would eat them like crazy and end up with a horrible diaper rash! lol

Depends on if the 9 month old is already on solids.
I see nothing wrong with it, it's cute. Pickles too.
Two of my kids loved lemons even when they were that young. My kids would not eat anything they didn't like so I don't see anything wrong with it unless the child is being forced to eat it .
