Hypothetical Personhood Question (S/O of the North Dakota Abortion Ban)
If a fertilized egg has all the rights of an American citizen, could a pregnant woman walk into a Social Security office with proof of pregnancy (positive test, U/S, doctor's note, etc.) and come out with a new identity in North Dakota? Do you think there's a potential for fraud (i.e. getting two SSNs for the same baby)?
Yes, it's way off. >.>
