A week late buts its in and has been cooking for 15 hrs on low.

My corned beef that is. I put it on last night, in the crockpot I added a beer and some steak seasoning. Its been in for about 15 hrs.
I have never had one in the crockpot for so long so I was wondering if you all think it will be awesome or nasty???

I am sure it will be great. My crock pot cooks so hot I could never leave anything on that long even on low.

It's done. Get it out. Let it rest. It might be a little too tender. You can make hash if it is. MMMM I still haven't got to eat corned beef =(

Should be great! If its too tender chop it fine along with some potatoes and make hash!
