I saw somewhere about using the oven. It is what I am going to try this weekend.
Place eggs in a muffin tray so they don't move. Turn the oven on to 325 pop in for 25-30 minutes and remove. It says the shells are easier to remove when the eggs are done.
15 minutes once the water boils and then I submerge them in ice water.
I boil them for 15 mins and they come out good don't really have the green color around the yolk. I also add some salt to the water I guess it helps the shells from cracking while cooking.
I found a way to do it with out the green film around the yoke, put the eggs in a pan with water, bring to a hard boil and shut the stove off and remove from heat, let the eggs sit for 10 to 15 minutes, the yokes are soft and creamy with out the green film on the outside.
