My ex pays CS for a kid that ain't his

Yep. That's my confession.

17 years ago I was married to another man and I screwed around on him with my second husband. We had no kids together because he didn't want any. I got pregnant by my 2nd husband while I was still married and since my ex had no suspicion of all of me cheating, he thought it was his baby. I divorced him, gave the baby my maiden name (and later on I gave her her real dad's) and my ex pays $700 a month in CS. He's never suspected a thing because he doesn't really care, he just didn't want to be a father. We moved about 16 hours away and my dd is 17 and is fully aware of who her real father is and has no clue what's going on.

So my ex is a deadbeat dad to a child that ain't his...dumbass.

Legally he is her father if you were still married when she was born.

Most states say the DH is automatically the father regardless of what a DNA tests says if a child is born into a marriage and he can be held liable for CS.

He is not a deadbeat dad. He is not a dad at all, he's a good man paying for YOUR bastard.

This. A child born during a marriage is legally the husband's.

How the hell is he a dead beat dad? He is not a Dad so this makes no sense.
