Next month??

I am really loving the Squat Challenge. I have not missed a day!!!! I am on day 20 today.

So what is everybody going to do for their Challenge next month??

Nice. I was thinking abs also. But I would like to continue working out my lower body also.

Abs + Lunges??

I found one that's more of a legs and ab workout if you want me to post that too

The picture won't post for some reason, but its 20 squats, 30 lunges, 40 calf raises, 50 sec wall squat, 100 jumping jacks, 40 sumo squats, 30 second plank and 30 leg raises. The whole thing is supposed to take 15 minutes a day

uphill sprint training and running carrying a weighted knapsack or log (tough mudder training).  can't wait for the weather to warm up so i can do these things!!!

Ive been doing the squat challenge along with -65-150 crunches and 60 Lunges.. So Not A clue..lol..Look good in a bikini? LOL
