Squat Challenge People: What should we do....

Next month??

I am really loving the Squat Challenge. I have not missed a day!!!! I am on day 20 today.

So what is everybody going to do for their Challenge next month??

I just dance around like stripper with some belly dancing thrown in after the kiddos go to bed each night.  Seems to keep my lower half in shape lol.

How did the challenge go?

I did it and am really happy. The jeans are loser in the seat area and my legs are strong & toned.

I liked it so much that I am using the chart this month for reference but I am doing Pile Squats and Hip Bridges.

Hoping for tight inner thighs, behind and core.
