Well, I have several hours before then, but it will be steak seasoned with just salt and pepper and grilled. A baked potato for my husband and I (the kids don't like them) and steamed broccoli finished in a bit of garlic olive oil and lightly salted.
We may also have a green salad, depending on if the kids want it. They tend to want salad with every dinner.
Stuffed peppers...I am stuffing them with polenta and fresh herbs...then chopping up zucchini, onions, mushrooms and broccoli and putting that in the marinara that I'm covering the peppers with...mmm...
Thin cut pork chops, mashed potatoes and corn.
Since it's not even lunch time yet. I don't have a plate to show, but it's going to be a WW recipe for Shrimp Salad eaten as a wrap with bibb lettuce.
