There is no right or wrong answer.

Every marriage is different.

What do you and your Spouse/SO. Declare cheating??

I don't know. I do know I'd be more forgiving of a sexual encounter than an emotional affair.

To me anything that I would not do in front of my husband, or anything I would not want him doing with someone else (and vise versa)

Both would hurt me equally but an emotional affair would also be unforgivable in my book.

This is something we discussed before we started officially dating.

Cheating to HIM was anything more than flirting.

To me, flirting is not cheating- but its still disrespectful, so we settled on that.

Kissing, hugging as more than a friend, of course sex and inappropriate conversations. Basically if we would not do it with the other one standing there it is cheating.

I think if you have and feed an emotional attachment to someone else that you are sexually attracted to is cheating. Kissing, is cheating. And obviously everything after that. I don't play games like that, there's no fine line. If you are doing something with someone that you feel even an inkling of guilt for, you're either cheating or very close to it.
