Anyone had this finding on their ultrasound? She said it would more than likely resolve itself but I am so worried.

Yes. I'm 34 wks and we found it at my ultrasound. One was 4 cm and the other was 8cm.
I had another done at 32wks and it showed the larger one was down to 5cm and in an acceptable range.

One is 4 and one is 5 on mine. She said it should resolve itself, but I just want to know what if it doesn't, then what does that mean once he is born.

Its supposedly not a big deal. I'm 22 weeks and it is a mild case and should resolve itself before he is born. What I've gathered is it affects the kidneys and will cause an increase in UTIs after birth.

My 4 yr old had this. It was still present at birth but after being checked a couple of times over the years they found nothing wrong. She has never had a uti or anything.

My son's kidneys were both dilated and it was resolved at my 32 week ultrasound. I was told it is common in boys. He is 10 months old now and has no issues at all.
