No. But it primarily boils down to respect.  Single fathers are not respected while single mothers are held up on a pedestal.

My boyfriend is a single father

I am a single mother

We have the same income and he has 2 kids and I have 1

I went for food stamps and they gave me food stamps, health insurance, vouchers to the local food pantry, cash assistance (I did not use them at the time)

HE went for food stamps and they said he needed to get another job to support his children and to prove why he cant work another job (he works over 40 hours a week)

They offered me child care vouchers, told him to call their mom for a babysitter

I was given a list of resources to check into that were women only

I am wondering if this is a common thing

you would think it would be the other way around. Moms who are not with their children should have no respect. I mean, you must have done something really shitty to not have your kids as a mother

I would be reporting that worker NOW

If he is income eligible, he is entitled to the same services

It also apply to scholarships for school as well. Most single "parent" scholarships are only offered to women.
