Polygamist family on our tball team

So there is a polygamist or polyamorous (idk the difference) family on my LOs tball team.

The coach was handing out schedules for games, but only had one per child. He went to hand it to a mom and then the other mom made a scene about how they were both his mom and their husband was his dad. The coach paused for a moment to take in what just happened then kept passing out schedules.

Each mom had a baby and there were a few other children running around. They all got in the same clown car.

I've never experienced people living this way before. I've seen it on tv and have always been curious about it.

I won't say anything negative to them or treat them any differently I was just curious what the lovely cafemoms thought of this.

i think that was a bit crass of her to expect him to know the family structure . its not a common thing in most places. she didnt likely leave the coach with a good impression about it all

If they are happy living that way, good for them. Thinking about my husband, I don't understand how anyone can love multiple people the way they love their spouse, but I don't have to understand.
