I have been up since 1:30 this morning. It is only 5:47 and I am starting to drag. Going back to bed is not an option. I have an exam this afternoon. And I need ways to stay awake and alert.

Help please.

I take two aleve D's. in emergencies, they keep me very alert.
They are also great for sinus issues.

I can't. Or I would. I had to get up with my child to make sure he stays awake for a medical test they are doing. Then I have someone that will watch him so I can go to school.

if you can, sleep does help brain function and a nap could actually help you on your exam later. if it's totally, absolutely not possible try to keep moving, and stay in very well-lit places. Good luck on your exam!!

No doze? They sell them at drugstores.

Those are good suggestions. I just need to make it until 7:00 tonight.

Oh my gosh, I had to keep my son awake last night as well! He has an EEG this morning at 8:30. I'm just drinking coffee, chewing gum, and trying not to sit! Good luck on your child's medical test, and good luck on your exam!

It is the same thing. His is schedule for 10.

I forgot that peppermint is a natural way to wake up too. I am just worried about too much caffiene.
