What I have eaten today

5 mini pizzas ( home made mini pizzas baked in muffin tins)

1 glass of water

2 glasses of sweet tea

Some angel food cake with strawberries and whipped cream.

After the 2pm posting!

Handfull of pretzels

4 Cuties

3Glasses of water

Bowl of tomato soup

It is 12:30 am now and I am off to bed! I hope I do better tomorrow.. i know I am a carb junkie! The pizza muffins were leftovers and my kids were sick of them, so that is why I had two for breakfast and 3 for lunch, tomorrow ill be completely different :)


What have you eaten today?


Here is 4/3 so far!


2 pieces of pb toast

I am getting ready to throw some chicken on the grill.

Coffee, coffee, water. Homemade turkey and cheese wrap. Kiddo had pancakes with a banana, an apple, grilled cheese. And apple juice.

Breakfast was 2 of the mini pizzas, they are about two bites each. and water.

lunch was 3 mini pizzas and the two glasses of sweet tea

snack was the angel food cake.

( the mini pizzas were leftovers and had to be finished today)

The calories in the sweet tea alone are close to what a meal should be.

I do too.  I am going all day, and before I know it is 5pm and realize that I did not eat a darn thing.

Breakfast I had an AdvoCare meal replacement shake. Lunch I had spinach salad, boiled egg, Greek yogurt. Snack was apple with peanut butter. I drink a lot of water throughout the day.

Cream of potatoe soup with some crackers
Small piece of sock it to me cake

Its 2:09pm that was lunch.

I've sipped a glass of water and 4 Cheerios. I am recovering from food poisoning. :(

Pizza is not healthy? I put it was home made i thought that would take out the its unhealthy comments lol. Its whole wheat crust, mozzarella cheeze and turkey pepperonis. baked in muffin tins, about 2 bites to each one.
