What I have eaten today

5 mini pizzas ( home made mini pizzas baked in muffin tins)

1 glass of water

2 glasses of sweet tea

Some angel food cake with strawberries and whipped cream.

After the 2pm posting!

Handfull of pretzels

4 Cuties

3Glasses of water

Bowl of tomato soup

It is 12:30 am now and I am off to bed! I hope I do better tomorrow.. i know I am a carb junkie! The pizza muffins were leftovers and my kids were sick of them, so that is why I had two for breakfast and 3 for lunch, tomorrow ill be completely different :)

What have you eaten today?

Here is 4/3 so far!

It's 2:30 here...I've had half a banana nut muffin, about 4 mini pretzels, a couple apple slices, a couple glasses of water, and a glass of orange juice!

pizza=never good

i had cantaloupe, coffee/nondairy creamer, 100 calorie kettle corn, salad w/low cal dressing, and a few special k chips with salsa.  (i could seriously use some protein.)  i opted to have salad instead of my healthy choice meal, and now im in the snack zone......................................

I had a homemade egg "mcmuffin" for breakfast with a mug of coffee and water.

I had a handful of almonds and grapes and a square of Easter dark chocolate as a snack.

Lunch I had peanut butter on whole wheat toast with a banana on top, with water.

I'm getting hungry for a snack right now, I'll probably get a bit of cottage cheese and mix in some grapes.

As for dinner- I have turkey/Italian sausage meatballs in the crockpot.

So far today...

Breakfast:  Cream of Wheat and a hard boiled egg

Snack: String Cheese & Apple

Lunch:  Turkey on a tortilla and string cheese.

Snack:  Cottage Cheese & Blackberries

A kiwi for breakfast and lunch I had cottage cheese, almonds and sugar snap peas. I'm about to eat an apple.

Breakfast: coffee and a bowl of honey nut cheerios.
lunch: homemade cheese ravioli and 2 cups of water.
snack: 7 layer dip(1/2 cup) and a cup of water.

2 mini ones for bfast

3 for lunch

They are whole wheat crust in a muffin tin with mozarella cheese and turkey pepperoni.. about 2 bites each

sweet tea is 20 calories a  cup, and angel food cake total was 100

Tonight because OMG everyone's talking food today -  Dinner will be - Spaghetti Squash with Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Fresh Basil, Garlic, Tomatoes and a little Parmesan - Fresh Salad - Pheasant Bread with Pesto - Raspberry Sorbet for dessert - and a nice bottle glass of wine!
