How do you clean barbies?

My daughter and my niece took a bath in my tub last weekend. Well I'm cleaning t bathroom and the stupid barbies they brought in here smell like mildew. They were set out to dry but something about Barbie hair just makes this so gross. this is why I only allow certain bath toys and no barbies in the tub.
So I can soak them in the sink over night but what do I use? And they've been air dried so what's to stop them from smelling bad again? Should I put them outside tomorrow?

the water probably got inside the head and I doubt there's much you can do about it

toss them and buy new ones?

Wash their hair with a little shampoo then blow dry them!  I used to always play with my barbies in the tub and did their hair and they never smelled.. probably because I wasted so much of my moms shampoo on them! lol

Shamppo their hair, use lots of conditioner and comb it while the conditioner is still in it.Then gently rinse and let dry. that what I always did with my girls dolls.

I don't know about cleaning their bodies.. But to get their hair like new again?

Small water bottle with 2 tablespoons of fabric softener and the rest water.

Spray in their hair and gently brush. Shiny and perfect like new again!

I'd toss them. Unless it was my DDs favorite doll it'd be gone. Why the heck was it in there so long?
