Datura has a hallucinogenic prperty 100x more powerful than LSD. Consuming a single seed will cause tachycardia, hyperthermia, horrifying hallucinations, and death.

However, the cultivation and sale of Datura is still legal. WTF??

Is it yet a real problem? I mean is it used as often as other things or is it fairly new? If its newer to be used it might just be that states have yet to add it to the list of things but otherwise I have no idea. I've never heard of it.

It was once used by the Algonquin tribe during a rite of passage for their young men.
