Mom Confessions Mom Confessions

who the hell introduces Cailou to an almost 4 year old?  are you fucking kidding me.

now my DD tantrums, screams and throws fit like that whiney effin boy on TV.

and he also introduced her to the care bears.  really she is too effin old to be watching that shit.

she was perfectly content with VICTORiouS and Marvin Marvin.

my DH thinks its appropriate for her to watch it.  UGHHHH.. he doesnt have to deal with her all day or listen to her.

geez.

oh and i really dont give  shit if you allow your child to watch it, it teaches your child how to whine and throw fits and give in when they dont get their way

Um... your daughter is 4 not 14!  Give her a chance to be a child, instead of making her watch teen tv!

a child under 12 mouths shouldn't be watching tv.

because i dont like the carebears?  really?  says the anon.

carebears are too young for her.  only kids i know who have watched that show are those under 12 months.

Quoting Anonymous:

Yeah, Calliou is terrible, but please tell me what is so wrong with the Care Bears.  She is not too old at 4 yrs. old.  You sound like a troll, seriously!

so you'd rather her watch and repeat a whore, than a boy who whines, and learns lessons about life??? GREAT.

yes, cuz all moms aspire their kids to be like caillou....smh....it mattters more what HAPPENS in the home, than whats on tv...quit letting tv influence your child. Period. Problem solved.

Well I don't like Calliou. But Carebears?! My 6 y/o watched it last night with my 2y/o... I'd MUCH rather they learn what Carebears offers than that Crap from Victorious and MarvinMarvin. Really? These Teen shows are more "age appropriate"?
No.
Heck my Teens still watch cartoons...DH and I sing with DocMcstuffins every time.
There's few shows I don't like on in my living room.
MarvinMarvin is one (anything with that annoying kid)
Gaspard& Lisa, and Calliou. These shows just annoy the Crap out of me.
