I want to start eating healthy, I know Iam getting chicken because I got the ads and chicken breast are only $1.69 /lbs. I don't really know where to go from there. We want each meal to be low in calories,sugar, salt and no preservatives we also need homemade drinks. This is my first run at a healthy grocery list so please help!!!! Our budget is $150 for 2 weeks.
Also any cheap and tasty but healthy meal ideas or recipes.
