2 moms liked this
What how would that work having to step on a scale before boarding...?

I don't think they need to pay more unless they are spilling over from the seat then yes they need to pay more and get 2 seats.

If they take up more than one seat yes, you should have to pay for an additional seat.

Why do you say yes?

If they are big enough to need extra accommodations, they yes charge them extra for those accomodations such as an extra seat. But not just because they are bigger.

Only if they need more than one seat. They should have to pay per seat, just like everyone else. If that sounds insulting, it wasn't meant to be.

If they need extra accomodations, sure.  But I wouldn't be happy with a pay scale like:

100 pounds:  $140
110 pounds:  $150
120 pounds:  $160

And so on.  Can you imagine!?

I think if you are spilling over into the other seat then yes you should have to pay more, but charging by weight alone no I do not, people carry their weight differently.

Only if they take up more than one seat.. then they should pay for the extra seat..

But I am pretty sure they already have to do that.
