I'm dropping that name like a bad habit. My name doesn't have to match my kids. Other people's thoughts doesn't bother me. I know the truth.

I didn't change my last name until I remarried, I simply filled out forms using Ms. instead of Mrs.

Change it because my kids have different fathers so they both have different last names anyways.

Our last name is our daughter's name.  I'd keep it for her.

I answered other because I never legally took on my husband's last name , so not applicable. =]

However if I did, depending on what we seprated over, I may or may not keep it.
