For not going to traffic court and move to another county will it show up in their system? And no, it's not for me lol.

Yes. Best go take care of it. Otherwise, the bail will be the cost of the bench warrant and other fees.

Yes, but it's my understanding that with a bench warrant, a person will not be turned in from another county unless someone is really bored that day and wants to deal with the paperwork.

Easy solution here though--A) google it for the counties involved B) encourage your friend or whomever to deal with their violation.

Yes. All your friend has to do is turn themselves in, sit a night in jail (don't do this on a Friday or Saturday) then see a judge for a new court date.

Yes, it will.  How fast depends on how big the town/city is.  But they are reported to the state, and states report to each other.

Not always. Depends on what it is for. But they do not go away, so if they ever go back to that county they could get arrested.
