what is the best cows milk alternative

If you are looking for somthing lactose free Almond is your best bet. Soy contains estrogen & some studies are linking it to some health issues when consumed too much. Some people really like rice & coconut milk too.

I just used sunflower milk in my casserole and it turned out totally amazeballs. Usually I use almond milk.

Raw goats milk is good but not legal everywhere. Almond milk is now my go to.

I like coconut. :) its a little watery texture wise but is good. Soy is.usually gmo :/

Ok, cause I heard that soy milk is on the sweeter side and Idk what it would taste like with eggs

For those things? Rice milk. Can use coconu milk too. I can't say about almond milk. I'm allergic. Soy milk has an after taste sometimes. So I don't use that :)
