I can't get my breasts to stop hurting! I'm 37 weeks 5 days pregnant with my first baby and my boobs are getting full and they are swollen and sore. I stood in the warm shower til I ran the hot water heater empty and now I'm at a loss as to what to do to make them stop hurting so bad. I can't sleep. Please, someone on here help me.

No hot water.... massage them and leave them alone.

Heating pad, take some tylenol. Lay on the bed and let the girls out. When mine were sore sometimes it was just from being bound up.

Wrap them in an ace bandage. Or wear two sports bras.

Heating pads... warm compress... You could also call your doctor and ask what their recommendation would be... Do you have a comfortable supportive bra?

Just wait till after u deliver!! Pregnancy only prepares u for what's to come. I wish i slept as good as I did when I was pregnant...I always complained about how hard it was to sleep when prego. Just wait till you've got a crying baby waking u up every 2-3 hours lol

No!  You will do no such thing ya weenie!

My kid is five months and I am coming to terms with the fact that my nipples will never, ever look the same again.  And my left nipple hurts like a son-of-a-bitch, 24/7.

You're not getting off this ride early!

I think I heard something about cold cabbage leaves. Sorry, not much help, my milk never came in.
