Usually I use a wash rag but sometimes i use my hands

I throw mine in the washer machine every while

I was thinking cant u do it like a sponge and throw it in the microwave for 30 seconds or so?

I have an extremely sensitive nose and can smell what I call "stale water" and I can always smell in on wash cloths, loufas, and other body scrubbing things so I typically use my hands

It would melt I should think, it's plasticy type material.  Washer machine without dryer works for me
