Yes. But many people don't really know what slander is.

technically you can sue anyone for anything.

Thats whay I was thinking. They posted a picture of my daughter and said she was a "downsie baby". They deleted it but I screen shot it!

Yes you can! I was going to sue someone for saying they saw my son being abused at daycare (it was from an employee that got fired, and tried to get a coworker in trouble). I dont play when it comes to my kids, turned out she was blowing smoke out her ass and I dropped charges, so I wouldnt get the daycare in trouble.
