Are your kids on your exDH's health insurance,  is it pricy?

I know a few Moms who are not, but are on medicaid because the copays on fathers health insurance are too expensive.

Skids are on DH's insurance but we have TriCare so its free for them. We pay for their dental insurance and she pays the % that insurance doesn't cover.

My son is covered on my ex health insurance. Thank god, especially since he's going in for surgery this month.

We had it in our divorce decree he would keep our DD on his insurance. He's military though so everything's covered

My son was on my ex's insurance until ex lost his job and insurance was cancelled without telling me.  Now DS has state insurance because I couldn't get him a private policy due to lapse in coverage that was under about $700/mo.  In either case, the cost difference between just insuring the parent and insuring the parent and child was not that huge.  I just can't insure him with a private policy because he has to be insured under me and that's why the premiums are so high.

Mine are on Medicaid bc xdh job at the time of divorce didn't offer insurance. And the job now is too expensive. He has to pay the state for their Medicaid.

Yes they are. He pays $5 a week for one and $3 a week for the younger one.
