help me replace my dnd wake up wrap

I am too tired and in too much of a hurry to make myself breakfast. So I get a DND breakfast wrap.
A banana doesn't hold me over and the only other fruit I like is melon otherwise I'm more of a veggie person.
Give me some suggestions for a healthier breakfast that I can eat fast or pre make the night before to just grab and go in the morning

What is a DND breakfast wrap?  As for something that will hold you, ideal breakfast would be protein, so I would suggest Greek yogurt & a couple of boiled eggs, if you like either.  Those usually will hold you til mid morning when you can grab fruit. Then have lunch around noontime.  Eggs are really easy to have ready, just boil enough for the week on Sunday night & stash in the fridge, there ya go easy grab it & go food.
