When you call your credit card companies customer service line please:
- stop bitching about your 39.00 late fee on a 10 day past due 1,000.00 bill.
- please stop requesting to speak with a manager if we say we can not waive 300.00 worth of interest.
- please stop bitching about your 10-20 min hold time to speak with one of us. in that 20 min you waited ive already spoke with at least 50 people!...
- please do not complain why it took so long to get to a rep working on x-mas holiday.
- please stop blaming the banks for your irresponsible spending
- please stop getting loud on the phone impatient and rude.
we are human beings as well, we have families and we have lives just like you.. this is only the half.
