When you call your credit card companies customer service line please:

  • stop bitching about your 39.00 late fee on a 10 day past due 1,000.00 bill.
  • please stop requesting to speak with a manager if  we say we can not waive 300.00 worth of interest.
  • please stop bitching about your 10-20 min hold time to speak with one of us. in that 20 min you waited ive already spoke with at least 50 people!... 
  • please do not complain why it took so long to get to a rep working on x-mas holiday.
  • please stop blaming the banks for your irresponsible spending
  • please stop getting loud on the phone impatient and rude. 


we are human beings as well, we have families and we have lives just like you.. this is only the half.

Lol dumbasses and plastic at their finest.
It cracks me up people yell and scream about late fees. They are the idiots who paid late. Geeze.
i hope you just laugh at them and move on. :)

$300 worth of interest??! Am I the only who uses a cc and pays it off in full BEFORE the due date? Wowzers.

Dear credit card companies, please stop trying to bend us over every chance you get.  I paid off all my credit cards, and got a new one with the same bank with a small $500 limit.  I pay it off monthly, and I still get treated like crap by the reps if I ever have to call, regardless if I act frustrated or not.  I guess I pissed them off  once they stopped getting to charge me insane interest.

I feel ya I worked customer service for a bank. Ppl need to learn how to manage their money better.

It's customer service jobs everywhere.  I did customer service for a "bundled"software product that was also sold separately  We knew he diference, people would want their money back, refuse to read the manual, not be at their computer, lie to me (said they tried something when I know they didn't). People are jerks
