I am horrible with numbers and writing shit down. Can anyone tell me of a diet that says Day 1: eat this for Breakfast lunch and dinner, and so on. I already eat healthy and excercise so I don't need an education on how to eat properly. I just want to lose some weight, I don't even care if it is not long term weight loss. I am totally fine with crash dietig lol. I got pregnant during 2011 holidays so I gained weight from holiday food, then found out I was pregnant and I just recently I quit breastfeeding so I can finally cut my calories back.
