Dieting for dummies...

I am horrible with numbers and writing shit down.  Can anyone tell me of a diet that says Day 1: eat this for Breakfast lunch and dinner, and so on.  I already eat healthy and excercise so I don't need an education on how to eat properly.  I just want to lose some weight, I don't even care if it is not long term weight loss.  I am totally fine with crash dietig lol.  I got pregnant during 2011 holidays so I gained weight from holiday food, then found out I was pregnant and I just recently I quit breastfeeding so I can finally cut my calories back.

Thank you.  I am familiar with how weight loss works, lol.  I am lookin for something specific.  But, thanks anyway, at least it was a bump :)

Don't know of it's the book you're thinking about, but Shred: The Revolutionary Diet by Ian Smith does that.

That's as specific as it's going to get.

Until you in your head decide not to be a fat girl, you'll always be one.

No miracle or magic potion for that.

Put down the burger and fries and start running like there is a crazy man trying to kill you! Oh wait, that's my plan.

You're going about it all wrong and this is doomed to fail. If you are already eating healthy food, then you need to reduce portion sizes and get some exercise. There is no "magic" eating plan to lose weight. If you don't care about long term loss, then what's the point?

Thank you for your kind words.  However, I am not a "fat girl"  I am hardly even overweight.  I just had a baby 6 months ago and I would like to shed the last few pounds.

Thank you, I'll look into that.  I'm looking for specific recipes for the length of the diet.  I am not creative enough to cook a meal within the parameters of a diet.
