How do you just let yourself get fat? I can maybe understand if you are fat as a kid but a lot of people start to gain weight in their teens on up(once they hit puberty I think). How do you let yourself get to 200+ lbs when the average weight for your height is 120?
When I was 16 I went from 130 to 160 and knew rigt away that something needed to be done. I started working out and eating better. I'm now at 125 at 28 years old.
How could my 16 year old self see that I was gaining weight but some adults don't see it?
My guess is that you do see it, you are just too lazy to do anything about it.
