Any moms in Idaho?

I live in California and my family is considering moving to North Idaho. My husband does Heating and Air Conditioning. What do you love about Idaho? What do you hate about it? Anything you can tell me is appreciated. My CONFESSION is he wants to go bad and I am scared I will hate it.

I read about that :/ but I believe they moved to Florida in like 1999. I sure hope that's not how it is still.

Its beautiful up there. Its probably about 45 minutes or so from Spokane, Washington. Also about 1.5 hours or so from Canada. And yes, there are still Aryan (sp) people and what not, but not as many as there once were. They pretty much keep to themselves.

We live in the Boise area! I love it here, besides the wind....

I have never been to Coeur D'Alene,  but Idaho is a good place...

I'm in Idaho Falls and I love it. There's snow in the winter and easy lakes to find in the summer. If you're out doorsy people you'll love it here. I've never been to Couer d alene but I hear they have an excellent berry picking season :0)

Idaho has a very reasonable cost of living, beautiful scenery, lots of outdoor recreation... You are close to Spokane in Coeur D' Alene. It's a gorgeous place to live. The weather in northern ID is mild, no extreme cold or heat, low humidity, not too much wind, no natural disasters.
