I've been doing squats for about two weeks. I don't really SEE a difference yet but I'm definitely able to do more now lol.

My butt is pretty toned I just want to make it less together at the bottom hahah tmi huh?

I was gonna do that in march. But....a lot happened and got in my way. I should just do it for 30 days though. I miss my butt. If I work out just a little then i tend to build muscle pretty quick. But these 16hr shifts are killing me.
