We've fought about money 1 time... and we were fighting because he had lost 5 reciepts and I couldn't balance the checkbook accurately. Other than that...never

We don't fight. I'm in charge and he is allowed to spend within reason.

We used to, but we haven't in over 5 years because we both look at the bills, we both know the budget and we both discuss purchases of any kind with each other so we are on the same page. When money is tight we stress but we don't fight because we both know why it's tight and it can't be helped.

We don't fight. Sometimes we have discussions about what we want to prioritize. We're generally on the same page. This year, we bought a second home. That was our financial focus. And taking the kids skiing. Lol that had to be a discussion in and of itself. I could not believe how expensive it is! So it warranted its own discussion.

DH and I trust one another. Bigger purchases require agreement but we both know that neither will go pod and do anything stupid financially. So no need to fight.

We are on a budget and have been since we got married.  There isn't a lot of money but we make sure that we have what we need and make do with the rest.

Fifteen years of marriage and never one fight about money.

We keep most of our finances separate.  We each have multiple bank accounts, savings accounts, money market funds, stock funds, retirement accounts, etc.  We have a single joint account that we use to dump money in for the mortgage.  All our credit cards are separate.  We each are very fiscally responsible, but when we want something for ourselves, we just buy it.
