Because the food gets stuck and burnt they arent non stick pans. I used two pans one of which i tried to heat some tortillas on it and they got stuck and burned and the pan burned too and has stains on it. I just bought them on thursday and used once. My question is can i return them and get my money back.
I put everything back in the plastics and put in the box. I have my recipt as well. Will post pics of the burned pan. It cost 39$

Did they say non stick on the box? If not then idk. If they didn't say non stick then it's typically on you to butter/grease/oil the pan before using.

I'd take it back. Explain what happend and you demand a refund. Tell them you arent satisfied with the product.

No shit they're not nonstick. They're not supposed to be. Nowhere on that box says "non stick"

Yes you should be able to...but you do get what you pay for.....$39 for a cookware set is cheap, which means, it probably sucks lol.

that pic you posted- those are NOT non stick pans those are just stainless.

The secret to good pans is THICK thick bottoms.  It is worth every red cent you spend on getting ONE really good stainless pan at a time- even one a year- until you have your basic set.

But those are NOT non--stick!!

So you are going to return pans because  your food gets stuck to them even though you knew they were regular pans and not the non-stick?
