I started the 30 day squat challenge today..any experiences? Before and after pics? My legs are killing me after one day and I'm excited to get back in shape :)

Update: omg day 2 is hard. I really should have started working out a long time ago haha this hurts lol

I do 130 squats 5 days a week.

Omg that 50 killed me lol but ill get there. Once I finish the 30 days I'll keep it up but starting it sucks.

Im on day 6, 75 squats.. I can definitely feel it, Im gonna keep up with it after the challenge.
