My kids breakfast this morning. Yogurt, cinnamon toast and a cutie. 


I was just told that yogurt is bad for you lol. I posted this pic on my page and got a comment that said, yogurt is bad for you and really not good for kids! I dont know about people some times lol.

I have some of that bread. I love it. My 4 year old loves yogurt too.

Maybe they mean the flavoured kind cuz they put a lot of sugar in it. IMO, a little sugar in yogurt is far better than a lot of sugar in cereal.

Actually when I went to the nutritionist I was encouraged to eat yogurt.  I had Gestational Diabetes and it was encouraged once a day to have yogurt.

If we were to listen to everyone who says something is bad for you, there wouldn't be anything left to eat... LOL! I never heard of yogurt being not healthy. What exactly was their argument on that? Any details as to why?

Yogurt causes mucous and phlegm. That's all I got. The only reason I stay away from it.
