Exactly...
I get the processed food/sugars but what CAN go with it?
What's the rules here? I'll admit it, no clue!
PS where does red wine fit in? My vice....

fresh meat, veggies and fruit. Some do only organic. The less pesticides and antibiotics the better, Grass fed etc

Eating clean = eating whole, non-processed foods.  Eating as close to natural as possible. (fruits, veggies, nuts, legumes, etc)

We are clean eaters. For us, we eat lots of fresh, organic produce. That's what compromises most of our diet. We eat very little meat, but what I do buy comes from a butcher (I don't buy too much pre-packaged meat, although I do keep some organic chicken from Costco for emergencies). Lots of grains (black rice, quinoa) and beans (never canned, always dry). We don't eat anything with more than a few ingredients and if you can pronounce it, forget it! So I'd say we're in the high 90=percentile for eating clean, not 100% (I do allow some refined products, such as half & half for my coffee, the only dairy I consume, and baking items).
